Maritime Technology is a multidisciplinary field focused on the application of advanced technology, operational strategies, and systems in the maritime, coastal, and offshore engineering sectors. This program is jointly conducted by Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), designed to produce graduates with specialized knowledge and expertise. Notably, graduates of this program will receive two degrees—one from UMT and one from ITS—highlighting the benefits of international collaboration. Graduates will be well-prepared to lead in industries such as shipping, shipbuilding, oil and gas, and relevant government agencies in both domestic and international maritime sectors.

DIPLOMA/EQUIVALENT GRADUATES
For applicants with a Diploma / Equivalent qualification, a minimum CGPA of 3.00 is required in a related field that is recognized.
MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY ENGLISH TEST (MUET)
Applicants must achieve a minimum of BAND 3.0 for results obtained from Session 1, 2021 onwards, or BAND 3 for results obtained in 2020 or earlier, provided the results remain valid at the time of application
