Kompleks Sukan Tengku Muhammad Ismail offers a wide range of complete sports facilities for the campus community, including the UMT Stadium, UMT Swimming Pool, Indoor Sports Complex, mini gymnasium, archery range, lawn bowling field, Squash High-Performance Centre, and multiple game courts.
