All personal information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any party other than Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). All complainants are required to use polite and respectful language in accordance with Malaysian cultural norms. Complaints containing rude, harsh, or inappropriate language that does not reflect the values of courtesy and respect upheld in Malaysia may not be entertained by UMT.
